1. Delivery Information

Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout and are based on your postcode and the size/type of skip ordered.
- Please ensure all delivery details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect address information.
2. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or failure to receive your skip, we may charge a re-delivery fee. Please contact us promptly to rearrange delivery if needed.
3. Cancellation Policy
- We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you have 7 calendar days before the date of delivery to request a cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

4. Refunds
- Once your cancellation request has been received and is within the allowed timeframe, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
